Suzanne Franchetti

Suzanne Franchetti is a principal trainer with JFCI. She specializes in media training, speech and presentation skills training, message development and crisis communications preparation for major corporations. Some of her primary clients include Deutsche Bank, GE Capital, Tiffany & Co., Moore Capital and Morgan Stanley. For Morgan Stanley, she created the first program of its kind to address the special needs of analysts communicating via voice-mail, which she taught in New York and London. This program has since been adopted as a key training program at many other major international financial institutions.

Ms. Franchetti authored a guide on how to prepare for media interviews for a Big Four accounting firm, and has been a keynote speaker at various symposiums and conferences, including those for Morgan Stanley’s west coast financial advisor conference, Donaldson Lufkin & Jenrette's professional women's forum, the Tiffany & Co. worldwide annual PR conference, and the Fordham University School of Business. A Fordham University Business Magazine article featured her extensive work with the financial industry ("Calling Wall Street: Effective Communication in the Financial Industry").

Prior to joining JFCI in 1995, Ms. Franchetti was employed by Tulane University and the University of Maryland where she taught leadership development programs. She holds a B.A. from Mount Holyoke College and a M.Ed. in training and development from the University of Maryland at College Park.
